Davies has more than 30 years' experience in professional services, pensions and employee benefits, having held senior client, strategy, sales and leadership roles at Aon, PwC, Mercer, Hymans Robertson, Aptia and Capita.
Throughout his career, he has advised organisations ranging from FTSE 100 companies and large, complex pension schemes to smaller and medium-sized employers. He has led teams delivering actuarial, administration and investment consulting services across the pensions and HR sectors, and has extensive experience in client relationship management, strategic growth and business development.
